Process
My process was broken up into four major steps for these designs: research, 3D rendering, sketching, and coloring. I found color palettes, room layouts, interior details, and more through my research stage. After that, I roughly rendered major elements like walls and furniture in Vectorworks. This 3D rendering became my reference for the sketch. Once I had the sketches, I sent them to the client for review. We talked about any revisions they’d like and then I finalized the illustrations.
